How does this plan work? Simply select your dentist from over 55,000+ providers. The participating dentist are contracted to discount their dental services according to the fee schedule for their zip code. The discounts are realized at the time of service and the patient pays the dental office directly. Their are no limits on how often you use the plan, you can change dentists at any time. You can cancel the plan at any time. If you cancel your Careington dental plan within the first 45 days, you will receive a total refund minus the $10 application process fee. If you cancel your plan after the initial 45 days, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your membership - No questions asked.

What is the difference between the two plans? Although the dental discount schedules vary between both plans, the main difference is which plan the dentist participates in. Many dentist accept both plans.
