dental plan is one of the most beneficial services they have ever received! HOWEVER, once you receive your enrollment pack, if you are not completely satisfied (for any reason whatsoever), simply notify National Benefit Builders (NBBI) within 45 days of your sign-up date and you'll receive a complete refund of your plan fee even if you have used the card to obtain any dental savings benefits from any of our dental professionals during this period. The one time application processing fee of $10 is not refundable. If you cancel your plan after the 45 day free trial period, you will receive a pro-rated refund on the unused portion of your membership. |
