discount. If you don't have your ID card, the provider can
call to verify that you are a member of the Aetna Dental Access
SM
Network.

3: You
are responsible for the total bill, less the applicable savings,

responsibility of the treating provider, in consultation with
the participant. Selection of a dentist is also the
responsibility of the participant and is not based on any
representations by Aetna. |
